  • Guests have full access to the entire apartment — private and independent entrance, no shared spaces.

Rental Details

  • Minimum stay: 1 month

  • Maximum stay: 12 months

  • Monthly rent:  €650/month 

  • Utilities:  €100/month (fixed)

  • Deposit: if the stay us shorter than one month the deposit is €200, from 2 months onwards the deposit is one month rent

  • No tourist rentals / short stays

Sovana is a quiet and historic village surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards, and archaeological sites.
From here you can easily explore some of Tuscany’s most beautiful attractions:

  • 10 min from the thermal baths of Sorano

  • 15 min from Pitigliano, the “Little Jerusalem”

  • 45 min to Mount Amiata for nature trails and fresh mountain air

  • Local shops, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance
